1. What is MAIL MANAGEMENT?
MAIL MANAGEMENT gives you several options to choose from that would make online emailing a lot easier. MAIL MANAGEMENT includes access to the following services:

  a. Filtering incoming email based on YOUR personal criteria.
  b. Sending an automated email response to all incoming mails.
  c. Blocking unwanted and unsolicited commercial emails.
  d. Setting the storage time of your emails in each folder.

2. What is MAIL STORAGE PERIOD?
This unique feature lets you specify the length of time your mails will be stored in your mailbox. Once the specified time has elapsed, the mails will be deleted automatically. This option is available to all folders, including user-created folders.

3. What is MAIL FILTER?
Mail Filter allows you to set up special regulations for your email delivery. You can choose to receive a certain email, and where you would like that email to go. If a specific incoming email does not trigger a filtering option, it will be sent to your INBOX by default.

4. What is BLACKLIST?
BLACKLIST allows you to list and block off addresses from which you don't want to receive mail. Incoming mail from addresses on the list will be deleted automatically.

5. What is WHITE LIST?
White List allows you to set the addresses or domains that you want to receive emails from.
6. What is AUTO REPLY?
When you are away or cannot access your email account, create an email message that will automatically reply to all incoming emails.
7. What is PERSONAL PREFERENCE?
PERSONAL PREFERENCE allows you to personalize your WebMail according to your liking. PERSONAL PREFERNCE includes the following features:

  a. Saving sent messages and forwarding it as inline text
  b. Customizing the way you receive your email
  c. Personalizing mails by creating a signature
  d. Modifying the color of your mail environment
  e. Activating delivery and read receipt of all emails
  f. Managing personal data
8. What is SEND?
You can change the settings if you want to save a copy of all sent emails to your SENT FOLDER or if you want to forward messages as inline text by checking the appropriate boxes.
9. What is a DISPLAY option?
In Display, you can choose any of the available options like receiving emails in HTML or text format. You can also set the list of emails displayed on your screen.
10. What is a SIGNATURE?
SIGNATURE allows you to automatically include a short piece of text in your email that tells your email recipients who you are, where you can be contacted, or any other information of yourself. It usually includes your name, email address, and/or mailing address. But you are free to include other pieces of information, like a favorite quote, the URL of your homepage, or your jacket size. When sending a message, just check the box beside INCLUDE SIGNATURE to have your signature tagged to your mail.
11. What is COLOR SKINS?
This feature allows you to adjust the COLOR of your environment. Color options include Teal Green, Maroon, Purple, among others.
12. What is READ RECEIPT?
READ RECEIPT notifies you when the mail you sent out has already been received by the other party. This lets you keep track of the mails you sent, whether they have been accepted or not.
13. What is FRIENDS BOX?
With FRIENDS BOX, the mails of contacts you have sent an email or replied to are automatically delivered in your Friends Box folder. The use of the Friends Box feature is optional.
